Tolir is the perfect blend of influences from the darker and lighter, more hopeful sides of the music spectrum. From the darker represented through with the main warm horn sounds and the lighter side through arpeggiators and rhythmical pluck sounds. That together with a hard hitting, driving kick drum that cuts through the rolling baseline which is so typical for Robine's sound.
Novaly is the second track on the release and it follows on in similar vein with a hypnotic groove weaving through the darker more aggressive synth work that gives a moody setting before the rhythmical lead takes over the track and lifts the energy once again.
