Birthday Song features a hypnotic beat and wavering bassline, creating urgency and motion. Bell-like melodies and washed out vocals give way to a huge lead synth which takes the track to a new place of determination and positivity.
Blue Lotus is built around a simple guitar riff which is layered with lush pads supported by a pitched bass. On top of this melodies interact with distant voices to create a feeling of longing and desire.
Northern Strings travels from a reflective and introspective opening to a soaring guitar lead with delicate melodies dancing around it. As the energy builds on layers of live percussion the song becomes joyful and optimistic celebration.
